M&E Digital Engineering
Coordinate M&E design through RIBA Stages 3 to 5 so it can be built, installed and maintained. We run clash detection, develop DfMA and modular proposals, check buildability and the access installers and maintenance teams need, and review design risk under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM). We then manage the models and drawings through change, keeping fabrication and installation requirements in view.
